HOW IT ALL STARTED

I am not quite sure about the date, but it was sometime in the early part of 1999.  One day
during my morning devotions, I came across a verse that I really liked.  It was just one of
those verses that really "hit home" and I wrote it down so I could look at it throughout
the day at work.  I was so excited about the verse that I had to share it with a good friend of
mine at work.  Pretty soon, within a couple of days, I found myself finding
a key verse out of my devotions and bringing it in to share with my friend.
It wasn't too long before I started sending it to him on our company email instead of
showing him the little piece of paper I wrote it down on.  Before long, I sent it to a couple
more people in our company I knew that were Christians, and to many relatives
I thought might enjoy reading them.

Everything just grew from there.  Before I knew it, people I didn't know
were requesting to be added to the list because their friend or relative had been
forwarding the email to them.  So, here we are. . .
